Cancellation Policy

THE FINE PRINT. Cancellations must be made via email (info@smoothwaxing.com.au) or phone (02) 93695522 or text 0404306799 or the SmoothStyling WIX app at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. For appointments cancelled within 24 hours or for which the Guest fails to show, the cancellation fee will apply. Please note * The Cancellation Fee varies per service. For Blowdries $20 For Colour $50 For Cuts $50 With a small, busy salon; we must enforce our strict cancellation policy to be fair and available to all members and clientele. PAY ONCE A MONTH. OPT OUT AT ANY TIME. NO CANCELLATION FEES. Members who cancel twice within 24hrs will incur a 1 week blockout from bookings. Membership will resume as normal, the following week. CHANGES | To be able to change your own appointment times, you must become a SITE MEMBER. This will allow you access to all your bookings and history. RENEWALS | The renewal dates for your Monthly Membership is the ISSUE DATE of your Monthly Plan. Each monthly payment will cover you for a month (4 weeks) ie. the 3rd of the month to the 3rd of the following month. You just have to keep an eye out for it in your inbox. FREEZES | Unfortunately, we are no longer able to honour freeze periods, Instead, pay ONE Month at a time and cancel your membership prior to a freeze period and reinstate your membership when you return.
